Look in three places, in this order:
- The care label — the small fabric tag sewn into the plush, often near the battery or sound unit pocket.
- The product itself — on products without a fabric label, such as Owlie, look on the base.
- The packaging — often the one place it is still readable. Another reason to keep the box.
It is a short code of letters and numbers, usually after LOT, Batch or P/N.
Why we ask for it
It tells us which production run your product came from, so a fault can be traced and put right.
Can't find it, or can't read it?
Send us a clear photo of the label, the base or the box, and we will read it for you. Your claim still goes ahead without it.
Owlie: the batch number opens your user guide
Owlie's user guide depends on its batch number, because the guide changed between production runs. Scan the QR code on the product, choose your language and enter the batch number. If it is not recognised, send us a photo of it and we will email you the right guide.
