In the United Kingdom and the European Union, our warranty lasts 2 years from delivery. It covers electrical and electronic faults and defective parts, when the product has been used as its instructions describe.
It applies to products bought from our own store or our official Amazon listings, on proof of purchase. No registration is needed.
What it does not cover
- Replaceable batteries and other consumables
- Damage from a fall, an accident, misuse or poor maintenance
- Normal wear, such as worn or faded fabric
- Marks and scratches that do not stop the product working

Our warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, and does not reduce them.
