Locating Your Product's Batch Number
The batch number helps us track product quality and ensure you receive the best support. It is always located on the **care label** attached to the plush toy or fabric covering.
- Locate the **care label** (usually a small, white tag) sewn into the seam of the plush toy or near the battery/sound unit pocket.
- Look for the sequence of letters and numbers preceded by **"Batch"**, **"Lot"**, or **"P/N"**.
- **Example:** The batch number will typically look like: LOT: CLB202511A.
