If your Tranquil Turtle is not charging, please follow the steps below to rule out common charging issues.
Troubleshooting steps

Try a different cable
- Use a traditional USB-A to USB-C cable for charging.
- Avoid using fast-charging cables or USB-C to USB-C cables.

Try a different power adapter
- Use a standard phone charger with a USB-A output.
- Do not use fast-charging adapters, USB-C to USB-C power bricks, or Apple brand chargers.

Try a different power outlet
- Plug the charger into a different wall outlet to rule out power inconsistencies.
Important
The Tranquil Turtle charges from a standard phone charger (USB-A to USB-C). Fast-charging adapters and USB-C to USB-C power bricks, including Apple chargers, are not compatible with this model. If it still will not charge with a standard USB-A charger, contact us and we will take it from there.
Still not working?
If the product is still not charging after trying the steps above, and the product is under warranty, file a warranty claim.
