Charge it with a USB-C cable from a standard USB power source, such as a phone charger with a USB-A port. No cable or adapter comes in the box. The light on the Turtle turns green when it is full.
It does not work while it is charging. Unplug the cable to use it.
The same applies to the rechargeable Tranquil Whale and Tranquil Penguin.
If it will not charge
- Try a different cable, from a standard USB-A power source.
- Try a different power socket.
- Charge it fully, without interrupting, then unplug it and press the power button.
Does yours take batteries?
Older Tranquil Turtles run on 3 AA batteries and have no charging port. If it blinks — one second on, three seconds off — the batteries are low. Replace all three: the battery door underneath is held by a screw.
