If your Tranquil Turtle is not charging, please follow the steps below to rule out common charging issues.
Troubleshooting steps
- Try a different cable
- Use a traditional USB-A to USB-C cable for charging.
- Avoid using fast-charging cables or USB-C to USB-C cables.
- Try a different power adapter
- Use a standard phone charger with a USB-A output.
- Do not use fast-charging adapters, USB-C to USB-C power bricks, or Apple brand chargers.
- Try a different power outlet
- Plug the charger into a different wall outlet to rule out power inconsistencies.
Important
The Tranquil Turtle is charged using a standard phone charger (USB-A to USB-C). Apple brand chargers and fast chargers do not work with this model and may affect performance. Customers must use the recommended standard phone charger.
